Ms. Vizcarrondo obtained her Magna Cum Laude J.D. at the University of Puerto Rico Law School. She concentrates her practice in civil and complex commercial litigation, appellate practice, Banking Law, Antitrust Litigation, Administrative Law, and Arbitration. She also collaborates with the Firm’s corporate, transactional, real estate work, and government affairs, as well as in numerous cases involving constitutional and civil rights matters before the State Courts and the Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She is member of the American Bar Association, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, Young Entrepreneurs Committee, and ALFA International.
From 2015 to 2016, Ms. Vizcarrondo relocated to Dallas, TX where she worked as a Litigation Support Attorney and eDiscovery specialist. During her law school years, Mrs. Vizcarrondo was Associate Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review (2009-10 and 2010-11), and co-authored a Civil Procedure article published in the University of Puerto Rico Law Review. She was also a member of the UPR Law Pro Bono Program: La Perla Project.
She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, and the Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
